How does the trial work?

14 days from the day your access opens, until midnight Paris time on the last day. One written extension is possible. At the end, the access closes.

The trial lasts 14 days from the day Pierre opens your access. Your last day runs until midnight, Paris time. The dashboard shows the dates on the Cockpit and the days left at the bottom of the menu.

Before you enter the dashboard, you accept the trial conditions once. You then receive a summary of what you accepted by e-mail, so you keep a copy.

If you need more time, ask before the end: one extension is possible, agreed in writing. For questions during the trial: Pierre aims to reply within one business day, Monday to Friday, 9:00–18:00 Paris time, in English or French. Write to contact@whoheld.com.

At the end of the trial, the access closes: the screens no longer show data. The user accounts of your team are deleted within 30 days, unless you sign an order form, in which case everything continues as it is.
