Pierre opens your access with you during a call. Your catalogue and your sellers are declared together, then you read the Cockpit.

Pierre opens your access with you during a call. The data is already collected when you first sign in, and the call is there for the two things only you can confirm, because every number depends on them: your official catalogue, country by country, and the sellers who sell for you. Both come pre-filled; you check them together and correct what is wrong.

Once that is done, a good first read is: the Cockpit for your position per country, the Risks chapter for where money is at stake, and the ASIN detail page for any product you already worry about. Aim to leave your first session with one decision, not with a full tour: the chapters are a library, not a reading list. Each chapter has its own page in this help center, and the glossary explains every abbreviation you meet on screen.

If a figure surprises you, open the small question mark next to it: every key metric carries its own definition, how it is computed, and its known limits. If it still does not match what you see in Vendor Central, the same box has a link to tell us. Words you do not know are in the glossary.
