What is Hyper Care?

Last updated: 30 September 2026

The products you choose to watch closely. Each one is re-read every 24 hours, and a morning report per country tells you what moved on them.

Hyper Care is the short list of products you want to watch closely, country by country. Declaring a product puts it on a 24 hour cycle: it is re-read every 24 hours for as long as it stays on the list, whatever happens to it. The rest of your catalogue follows the normal cadence described in the article on data freshness.

Each morning at 08:05, Paris time, a report per country tells you what happened on those products over the last 24 hours: who took or gave back the Buy Box, how many hours each side held it, price moves and offers that came or went. You receive it if you subscribe on the Hyper Care page or on the Alerts page.

The list has a limit per market: up to 25 products in Defend and Lead, and 50 in Lead+. To add a product, open the Hyper Care page, pick the country, and search by ASIN or title. To remove one, use the remove button on its row: the product goes back to the normal cadence. Only products from your own catalogue can be added.

Hyper Care is a list of products, not a support level. For help, see the article on contact and support.
