How to use Team: who has access, and who manages it

Team lists the people of your company who use WhoHeld. Owners invite and remove colleagues; members use the app and see who has access.

Access is given to your company: every person in the team sees all the markets your company subscribes to, and receives the daily summary e-mail. Each person can change their own e-mails in Alerts.

Owners manage the team. They invite a colleague with an address of your company domain, remove someone who no longer needs access, and name other owners. A removed person loses access within the hour and stops receiving e-mails. An owner cannot remove themselves, and there is always at least one owner.

During the trial, WhoHeld opens the accesses: write to us to add a colleague. For a subsidiary or an agency working for you, write to us as well. Every invitation, removal and role change is recorded in Activity and kept for 12 months.
