How to use Settings: your sellers and your catalogue
Last updated: 30 September 2026
Settings is where you declare what only you know: who sells for you, and which products are yours. Every share in the app depends on these two declarations.
My sellers lists the sellers seen on your products, country by country, ranked by Buy Box time held. Mark your own seller accounts and your partners, such as an authorized distributor. Amazon selling your products as the retailer is recognized automatically. Any seller you do not mark counts as not yours: your share stays honest, but it can read lower than reality.
Catalog lists the products we follow for you and their tracking type: your own products, or products followed as part of the market. You can change it one product at a time, for a selection, or by importing the template CSV file. Rows you changed are highlighted, and the original value is kept so you can reset it.
The figures take a change into account at their next update, not in the same second. If a product of yours is missing, contact us so we can add it to tracking.
