How to read the ASIN detail page
Last updated: 30 September 2026
The ASIN detail page tells what happened on one listing: who held the Buy Box and when, each loss, the sales rank, reviews, offers and prices, content, and what Amazon decided about it.
Open it from any product name in the app, or pick a product in the selector. The top of the page gives the key figures: Buy Box share held, time suppressed, last Buy Box price with its date, risk score and, when Amazon publishes a sales volume, the estimated monthly GMV. Each one has a small question mark with its definition.
The tabs
Buy Box shows the ownership timeline, day by day or week by week. Losses lists each loss and suppression with its start, its end and its main cause. Sales rank and Reviews show how demand and social proof moved. Offers and pricing shows the offer grid, who offers what and who holds the Buy Box, with the price against your recommended price and Amazon’s price line. Content shows the listing content and its changes. Product context shows the variants and related listings.
What Amazon decided about this listing
This block reads decisions Amazon shows on the page but never reports to you: whether your price sat above Amazon’s price line, whether any offer is deemed eligible for the Buy Box, what availability the page promised, whether Subscribe and Save is offered, whether the product is flagged as frequently returned. It states facts, observed on the page, and recommends nothing.
