How to read Alerts, and choose your emails

Last updated: 30 September 2026

Alerts answers: how am I told without logging in? It is where you choose your emails, per market, and where you check every signal detected and every email sent.

Your digests: each person chooses what they receive. The country digest sends one email per market where something changed, once a day at 08:00 Paris time. The group summary gives yesterday by market, then every market grouped by what to do: it is made for central roles. The Hyper Care email tells what moved overnight on the products you watch closely. The monthly letter describes the month just closed on your shelves, one email per market, sent on the first day of the month.

Signal log lists every signal detected over the period, such as a Buy Box loss or a suppression, with the date of the last one. Send history shows what was actually sent, so you can check that nothing was missed. If a period is too short to show anything, widen it.

Emails are written to be read on their own: each alert type carries a short explanation of what it means, so a reader who never opens the app can still act on it.
