Can I export my data?

Several screens export to a file at any time. When your contract ends, a full export of your data is available on request, within 15 business days.
These exports are available on screen, at any time:
- the New ASINs table, as a CSV file, with the filters you applied;
- your catalogue, from Settings, as a CSV file;
- the file of a seller, from the Sellers chapter, as a CSV file;
- the Monthly Business Review, as a slide deck;
- the evidence pack for the annual negotiation, where your plan includes it.
When your contract ends, you keep read and export access for 30 days, and a full export of your data is available on request: write to contact@whoheld.com and you receive it within 15 business days. It covers what the service observed and computed for your account, in open formats you can read without us, with a description of the fields.
Nothing locks you in: the service does not connect to your Amazon account, so stopping it changes nothing on the Amazon side.
