Which e-mails can I receive, and how do I stop them?

A daily digest by country or as a group summary, the Hyper Care morning report, and, in Lead and Lead+, a market letter on the 1st of each month. Each person chooses, and can stop at any time.

Each person on your team chooses their own e-mails on the Alerts page. There are four kinds.

• The digest by country: one mail per market where something changed, sent at 08:00, Paris time. It is the working mail of a person who manages a country.
• The group summary: one mail for all markets, yesterday by market, then every market grouped by what to do. It suits central roles.
• The Hyper Care report: one mail per country at 08:05, Paris time, on the products you watch closely.
• The market letter (Lead and Lead+): one mail per country on the 1st of each month, on the month just closed on your shelves.

To stop an e-mail, untick it on the Alerts page, or follow the Manage these alerts link at the bottom of any mail. The change applies from the next mail. Availability depends on your plan.
