Price schedule (English courtesy translation)
Version 1.0 · Other languages: FR
Version 1.0, courtesy translation of the French version of 30 octobre 2026, annex to the Terms of Service, of which it forms an integral part (article 1.2 of the Terms of Service). Only the French version is binding: in case of divergence, the French version prevails (article 15.6 of the Terms of Service).
These pricing conditions and the Terms of Service constitute the single basis for commercial negotiation within the meaning of paragraph III of article L.441-1 of the French Commercial Code (code de commerce). They are provided to the Client before any order; the Order Form constitutes the special conditions of sale (article 1.3 of the Terms of Service). Capitalised terms have the meaning given to them by the Terms of Service.
1. Unit of invoicing
The Services are invoiced per Market and per month, in euros and excluding taxes (article 9.1 of the Terms of Service), for the Scope defined in the Order Form. Markets available on the date of this version: France, Germany, United Kingdom, Spain, Italy, United States, Canada, Japan, Mexico, Brazil, India. The price list is the same for each of these Markets, in euros. This list is kept up to date by the Publisher in this annex (it is the list referred to in the definition of "Market" in article 2 of the Terms of Service); the Markets subscribed are listed in the Order Form.
What makes up the Scope, and what does not. The Scope consists of the Client's catalogue references falling within the brands and categories listed in the Order Form and, in Lead and Lead+, of the market segments tracked on a given Market. The number of catalogue references is not limited, and the number of brands is not a unit of invoicing: tracking more references, two brands or two product categories on the same Market calls for no additional fee. Nor does the number of market segments, which are the shelves of the Client's categories (article 4 of the Terms of Service): no extension exists.
The number of Users is unlimited in all plans: no fee is due per user or per seat. Each User has access to all the Markets subscribed by the Client (article 2 of the Terms of Service). A restriction of access by Market or by role, and single sign-on (SSO), may be offered on request, in a so-called Enterprise offering whose conditions are stipulated in the Order Form.

In Defend, the Sellers and ASIN detail chapters cover the listings of the Client's catalogue; the sellers and offers of competitor listings fall under Lead and Lead+.
Subscribing to a plan in the Order Form means subscribing to the features that this article assigns to it. A feature that belongs to a plan not subscribed is not due, even if the Platform offers it (article 1.1 of the Terms of Service).
3. Tracking levels
An observation (or update) is a successful read of the data of a reference on a Market, counted whether or not anything changed on the listing (price, Buy Box holder, offers): the number of observations does not depend on changes of Buy Box holder. The minimum number of observations per month and per reference, stipulated below for each tracking level, is repeated in the Order Form and carries the freshness commitment of article 6.2 of the Terms of Service (at least 95% of the catalogue references of the Scope reach it over a calendar month; the hero pack references are assessed separately, under the conditions below).
| Tracking level | Included in | References tracked (per Market) | Target frequency | Minimum number of observations per month |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Catalogue | Defend, Lead, Lead+ | The catalogue references of the Scope, with no limit on their number | every 24 hours in Hyper Care, or for 30 days after a loss of the Buy Box; otherwise at least every 28 days | 1 |
| Market watch | Lead, Lead+ | The segments listed in the Order Form | about every 30 days for the top of the segments and the references that enter it; about every 90 days for the other references of the segments; about every 180 days for the references that the method leaves out of the market | no commitment (article 6.2 of the Terms of Service) |
| Hero pack, hourly | Lead+ | 50 references chosen by the Client among its catalogue references in the Scope, updated every hour | once an hour | at least 500 successful updates per reference and per month |
Catalogue references are updated according to their activity. References declared in Hyper Care, within the limit of article 2, are scheduled for an update every 24 hours. A reference whose Buy Box has been lost by the Client or suppressed is scheduled for an update every 24 hours for the following 30 days. Any other reference is scheduled for an update at least once every 28 days. Only the minimum number of observations in the table constitutes a commitment; the target frequencies do not. The loss is recorded when the reference is updated, and not in real time; a price drop of at least 15% on the segments tracked may trigger an early update. Each update reports the full history since the previous one; between two updates, the screen displays the latest measurement.
Ask WhoHeld. Use includes five hundred (500) questions per Market subscribed in Lead+ and per calendar month. Each conversation covers a single Market, and each of its questions is counted against that Market; questions not used during a month are carried over neither from one Market to another nor from one month to the next. Beyond four hundred (400) questions on a Market, questions covering the whole catalogue or an entire segment are suspended until the first day of the following month; questions covering designated references remain open. Once the number of questions is reached on a Market, Ask WhoHeld is suspended on that Market until the first day of the following month; the other Services are not affected. Ask WhoHeld answers only on the Markets subscribed in Lead+. The Publisher may temporarily suspend Ask WhoHeld for a technical reason. It may also suspend it until the end of the month in the event of abnormal use, that is to say a consumption of computing resources out of all proportion to the ordinary use of the Service, informing the Client on screen. No question is carried over from one month to another, including after a suspension. The consumption of another client is never a reason for suspension. Ask WhoHeld is made available from the date notified in writing by the Publisher; until that date, the Lead+ fee is not affected.
Hero pack. The composition of the hero pack, chosen among the catalogue references of the Scope, may be changed by the Client once per calendar month. For a reference added or removed during the month, the minimum number of observations is reduced pro rata to the hours of presence in the hero pack. The hero pack references are assessed separately from the other catalogue references for the commitment of article 6.2 of the Terms of Service: at least 95% of them reach their minimum number of observations over a calendar month.
Market watch. Within the segments listed in the Order Form, the references observed in market watch are determined by the Publisher's methodology and documented in the Platform.
4. Discounts
Two discounts exist. They appear in the price list, apply automatically under the conditions below and are the only ones applicable.
4.1 Multi-Market discount. Where three (3) or more Markets are subscribed under the Contract (all Order Forms combined, on active Markets), a discount of fifteen percent (15%) applies to the fee of all the Markets subscribed, the first included, for as long as this threshold is reached.
4.2 Annual commitment discount. The annual commitment with annual payment in advance (articles 9.2 and 11.1 of the Terms of Service) entitles the Client to a discount of fifteen percent (15%) on the fees for the period. This discount, attached to a commitment, is not a settlement discount; no discount is granted for early payment. The discounted monthly amount is only a point of comparison: the fee for the period is invoiced once, in advance, for twelve (12) months, and its amount is equal to twelve (12) times the discounted monthly fee, rounded to the nearest cent.
4.3 Combination. The two discounts are combined by successive application (coefficient 0.7225, i.e. an effective discount of 27.75%).

Beyond five Markets, the amount is obtained in the same way: price of the plan, multiplied by the number of Markets and by 0.85 (monthly) or 0.7225 (committed), rounded to the nearest cent.
5. Scope extension
None. Neither the number of catalogue references nor that of market segments is limited, and neither calls for an additional fee. Hourly tracking beyond the hero pack of 50 references is not offered in the price list.
6. Set-up fees
No set-up fees are due, unless otherwise stipulated in the Order Form (article 9.1 of the Terms of Service).
7. Invoicing, payment and revision
Invoicing and payment are governed by article 9 of the Terms of Service: monthly invoicing in advance (or annual invoicing in advance in the case of an annual commitment), payment thirty (30) days from the invoice date, late payment penalties at the ECB rate plus ten (10) percentage points and a flat-rate recovery indemnity of forty (40) euros per unpaid invoice.
The price list may be revised once per twelve (12) month period, with sixty (60) days' notice and effect at the next renewal, the Client then having the right of termination of article 10 of the Terms of Service.
8. Evaluation
The free evaluation of article 1.5 of the Terms of Service gives rise to no fee and never converts automatically into a paid subscription: subscribing requires the signature of an Order Form. Each invited User has a personal access of fourteen (14) days from his or her first login; the Publisher may, at its sole discretion, extend an access or open others, without ever being bound to do so, and may end the evaluation under the conditions of article 1.5 of the Terms of Service. What the Client keeps at the end of the evaluation (summary deliverables provided and occasional extracts, including copied Ask WhoHeld answers) is set by article 1.5 of the Terms of Service, paragraph "At expiry". Where the scope includes Ask WhoHeld, its use is limited, for each User, to one hundred (100) questions for the entire duration of his or her access, all Markets combined (article 1.5 of the Terms of Service).
9. Support
Support is provided at contact@whoheld.com, Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. (Paris time), excluding French public holidays and closures announced as soon as possible, and five (5) business days in advance when they are planned (article 6.3 of the Terms of Service). The times below are counted during these business hours, from receipt of the written request at that address.
| Level | Definition | Response (commitment) | Restoration (target) |
|---|---|---|---|
| P1, blocking | Platform inaccessible to the Client's Users, or feature stipulated in the Order Form unusable, with no workaround | Within the business day | 3 business days |
| P2, major | Degraded feature or manifestly erroneous Result, a workaround existing | 2 business days | 10 business days |
| P3, minor | Question of use, inconvenience with no effect on operations, request for an enhancement | 5 business days | Next version, where applicable |
Response means a first written and personal reply, which qualifies the request and indicates the follow-up given; it does not entail restoration. The Client indicates the level in its request; the Publisher may requalify it, giving written reasons for its decision. Only the response times constitute a commitment; restoration times are targets, and the Publisher informs the Client as soon as it anticipates being unable to meet them.
Shorter response times, a priority channel and extended hours fall under the so-called Enterprise offering, whose conditions are stipulated in the Order Form. This grid does not apply during the free evaluation (article 1.5 of the Terms of Service).
