Prices displayed
The prices displayed on the site are expressed in euros and excluding taxes, excluding any set-up fees. The applicable value added tax is added according to the regime of the client's place of establishment, under the conditions of article 9.1 of the Terms of Service.
Intellectual property
The service, its interfaces, its code, its contents and the databases it exploits are protected by copyright (articles L.111-1 and L.112-2 of the French Intellectual Property Code (code de la propriété intellectuelle)) and, as regards the databases, by the database producer's right (articles L.341-1 et seq. of the same code). The analysis methods are protected as trade secrets (articles L.151-1 et seq. of the French Commercial Code (code de commerce)).
Any unauthorised reproduction, representation, extraction or reuse is liable to be sanctioned on the basis of articles L.335-2 and L.335-3 of the French Intellectual Property Code as regards the software and the contents, and of the criminal provisions of Title IV of Book III of the same code as regards the databases.
Third-party trademarks and logos appearing on the site remain the property of their respective owners. Their mention implies neither affiliation, nor partnership, nor endorsement.
