What this service measures, and what it does not
Last updated: 21 August 2026
It measures the public face of Amazon listings over time: who holds the Buy Box, prices, availability, content, reviews. It does not read your internal sales data.
The service observes public product listings on Amazon marketplaces, continuously, and keeps the history: who held the Buy Box and for how long, at what price, when the offer was unavailable, how content and reviews changed, and how the market around your products moved.
It does not connect to your Amazon account, so it does not know your internal sales, your margins, or your agreements. Where an amount is shown, it is an estimate built from observed signals, labeled as such, and meant to rank priorities rather than to reconcile with accounting. Some indicators are estimates by nature and the interface says so where it applies.
This is a deliberate trade: an outside view is the same view your buyers, your competitors and Amazon itself expose to the market. Measuring it well is the point of the service.
