How often is the data refreshed?
Last updated: 30 September 2026
Every 24 hours for products in Hyper Care and for 30 days after a Buy Box loss or suppression, at least every 28 days otherwise. The freshness badge shows the age of what you are reading: observation is sampled, never continuous.
Collection runs continuously, but not every product at the same pace, and the pace follows what happens to the product. Products in Hyper Care are refreshed every 24 hours. So is any product for 30 days after a Buy Box loss or suppression. Every other product is refreshed at least every 28 days. Each collection brings back the full history since the previous one. Between two collections, the screen shows the last measurement. Wider market products are checked less often, typically monthly. Availability depends on your plan.
The first collection of a new catalog runs within a few hours of set-up and brings back the full history of each product. So on day one you already read months of history, not an empty screen.
The freshness badge in the sidebar shows when data was last updated for your workspace. It measures actual collection, not a promise: if collection is delayed, the badge says so honestly instead of pretending.
Two consequences are worth knowing. Observation is sampled, not continuous: an event that starts and ends between two checks can be missed, which is why shares are computed on observed time. And a figure on screen is as fresh as its source: each key metric states its observation date where it matters, like the last Buy Box price.
